Residential Duro-Last Roof Recover

About 120 years old, this home had accumulated several additions, with poorly detailed roof transitions that were causing serious leaks. Garrett Construction installed a foam substrate and a Duro-Last® overlay across the affected areas, covering the old transitions with one continuous roofing system with welded seams. The work resolved those leaks. We also replaced and improved the metal flashing where the roof meets the gable wall.

Before

Years of additions left several roof sections meeting at awkward, poorly detailed transitions that were leaking. A foam substrate and Duro-Last overlay brought the affected areas together under one continuous roofing system with welded seams, resolving those leaks.
