Garrett Construction provides Duro-Last® Roofing Systems for low-slope roofs on homes, commercial buildings, and multifamily properties. Bring us a roofing project on its own, or we'll coordinate the roof as part of a larger renovation or new building.
The roofing system, and where it fits.
Duro-Last manufactures the roofing system: a single-ply PVC membrane and accessories that can be custom-fabricated to fit each roof's dimensions. Garrett Construction is your contractor. We look at the roof with you, define the work, and carry the project through installation as an authorized Duro-Last contractor and a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor.
We install it on low-slope and flat roofs, including:
- Homes with low-slope roof areas, such as additions, porches, and flat roof sections
- Commercial buildings
- Multifamily properties and residential communities
Installation quality and inspection.
Our installers check membrane welds as the work progresses. For commercial installations, Duro-Last also performs a quality-assurance inspection before issuing its warranty.
